This Privacy Policy explains how WebRat Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the SocialCraze mobile application (the “App”).
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, profile photo (including those provided via Google Sign-In).
- User content: posts, captions, comments, likes, stories, and media you upload (photos/videos and related metadata such as width/height/duration).
- In-app communications: messages, call logs/metadata for audio/video calls (not the call media itself).
- Support inquiries: The content of messages you send to us (email or in-app).
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: interactions with features (e.g., viewing posts, likes), crash logs, and performance data.
- Device data: device model, OS version, language, time zone, IP address (used for security/abuse prevention).
- Push tokens: for sending notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging).
1.3 Information from third parties
- Google Sign-In provides your Google account basic profile (name, email, photo) if you choose to sign in with Google.
We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location or your device contacts.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the App (authentication, hosting your posts/media, feed, stories, comments, calls, messaging).
- Moderation & safety: detect, prevent, and respond to spam, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- Improve & develop features, performance, and reliability.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
- Legal compliance and to protect our rights and users.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where applicable, we process your data based on:
- Contract (to provide the App),
- Legitimate interests (security, improvement, anti-abuse), and
- Consent (push notifications, microphone/camera access for calls and uploads).
You may withdraw consent in your device settings or in-app where offered.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share data only as needed to run the App or comply with the law:
- Service providers/subprocessors
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging)
- Google Sign-In (authentication)
- Agora.io (real-time audio/video/RTM transport)
- Legal & safety: to comply with law, respond to requests, or protect rights/safety.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with continuity of protections).
We do not sell your personal information.
5. International Transfers
Our providers may process data globally. We rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) where required by law.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: kept while your account is active.
- User content (posts, stories, comments): retained until you delete it or delete your account.
- Call/session metadata and logs: retained for a reasonable period for operations, troubleshooting, and safety.
We may retain some information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your information
- Port your data
- Object to or restrict processing

8. Children’s Privacy
SocialCraze is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child used the App, contact us and we’ll take appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., Firebase security rules, access controls, encryption in transit). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Your Choices
Permissions
- Camera & Photos/Storage: to capture/select and upload media.
- Microphone & Camera: for calls and stories.
- Notifications: to alert you to messages, likes, or updates.
You can control permissions in your device settings. Some features won’t work without certain permissions.
Account & Content
- You can edit or delete posts in-app (where available).
- To delete your account and associated content, contact Requests: contact us at info@webratsolutions.com. We may ask you to verify your identity.
- or use any in-app delete option (if provided).
