Terms & Conditions — SocialCraze

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SocialCraze mobile application and any related services provided by [Your Company Name] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using SocialCraze, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SocialCraze. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, captions, comments, and other content you upload (“User Content”).
By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., transcoding, resizing), adapt, publish, display, and distribute the content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the App and its features.

You represent that you have the rights to upload the User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or violent content.
  • Post content that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
  • Upload malware or attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App.
  • Spam, manipulate metrics (likes/comments), or misuse reporting tools.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Circumvent access controls or abuse the App’s APIs.

We may remove content and/or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Moderation

We may monitor, review, or remove User Content at our discretion and without notice, in accordance with our policies and applicable law. We are not obligated to do so.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all non-user content (software, design, logos, etc.) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

7. In-App Communications & Calls

Audio/video calls and messages are provided using third-party services (e.g., Agora). You are responsible for your conduct during calls and communications and must comply with applicable laws (including recording consent requirements where applicable).

8. Third-Party Services

Certain features rely on third parties (e.g., Firebase, Google Sign-In, Agora). Your use of these features may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT LOST.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WebRat Solutions AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebRat Solutions from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SocialCraze at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., licenses to User Content already used to operate the service, IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
